When attaching Knight Wall Systems CI-Girt® or HCI-Girt, start with the right fastener.
The ANKIT® Fastener with our THERMASTOP® Isolation Tube is engineered to help overcome thermal bridging and water intrusion challenges at penetrations in the building envelope.
THERMASTOP® tube provides a thermal break between fastener, girt and through the insulation.
✔️Tested to ASTM E331 – no leakage at 25 PSF pressure differential.
✔️Wedge-tip design aids the WRB’s ability to resist wind-driven rain.
✔️HCR® double barrier coating for high corrosion resistance (>1,000 hrs ASTM B117).
✔️Case-hardened screw with 6-lobe drive for easy installation and long-term durability.
✔️Available in Thread Point (TP) and Light Duty (LD) options for a variety of substrates.
