The courthouse features an 11,000 square foot American Hydrotech extensive green roof assembly that contributes to sustainable design goals that reduce the urban heat island effect as well as site stormwater management objectives, and provides long term watertight integrity for reduced maintenance costs.

MM6125.  The fundamental element in long term roofing and waterproofing success.  For the life of the structure.  Old is new when the vision remains fresh.
