SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University (12-23-2025)

Sika – Hydrotech was proud to work with Sempergreen USA on the SNF Agora Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. The project features the Purple Roof system, designed to handle the building’s stormwater management through retention of water in the LiteTop media and rock mineral wool and detention of water in the honeycomb and detention layers. This results in peak outflow reduction during large storm events without relying on traditional stormwater tank systems.
