New project photography is in and the LG Electronics North American Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is looking great 4 years in!
Over 250,000 sq. ft. of Protected Membrane Roofing, anchored by Monolithic Membrane 6125®, was chosen to keep critical spaces watertight while supporting extensive and intensive green roofs along with accessible amenity space. Ballasted PV panels were also installed atop white-coated Hydroguard® lightweight interlocking panels adjacent to 2 acres of extensive Garden Roof® Assemblies. An amazing mix of finishes and functions allow LG employees to enjoy meaningful outdoor respite and immerse themselves amongst the greened spaces!
The design offers a model for the flexibility and value protected membrane roofing can provide in the myriad of sustainability-driven options that can be incorporated over structure. All while delivering the peace of mind of a proven, long-lasting waterproofing membrane below.
