Hydrotech – Allowing Rooftop Creativity to Flow (10-9-2025)
William Penn Charter School’s new Richard A. Balderston OPC ’69 Lower School was designed to reflect their curriculum and the way children learn and grow. One of the great features of the project are extensive outdoor learning spaces, including two second floor outdoor classroom amenity spaces. The outdoor classrooms are built on the watertight foundation of Hydrotech MM6125 in a protected membrane design concept, which provides flexibility now and into the future as the educational focus of those spaces may change to meet current needs.
