Shall we address potential concrete issues associated with the application of adhesives, flooring, coatings and waterproofing before the pour, with no project disruption or added cost and short cure times prior to application, or wait until after the pour and extended cure wait times to see what happens, with all of the attending costs, schedule disruption, and debating about solutions which may or may not work given the time of year or condition of the final pour?
