2024 Project Highlight:  Under Armour Headquarters – Baltimore, MD (1-14-2025)

A proud moment for Under Armour as it grows its global brand and reaffirms its commitment towards sustainability.  Constructed almost entirely of mass timber the building strives for Net-Zero Energy, LEED® Platinum certification, and WELL Building Standard with the help of other innovative features.

The flagship headquarters is protected with American Hydrotech® Monolithic Membrane 6125® with minimum 40% recycled content that will keep the building watertight for the lifetime of the structure.  There are multiple amenity decks that incorporate the Garden Roof® and Ultimate Assembly® above the waterproofing membrane, offering a single-source warranty.  These roof decks are a place where employees, shoppers, and athletes can take in the views of the HQ, sports field, and Patapsco River.
